It's a family tree creator made for Sim families. It's more geared towards Sims 4 players, but players of Sims 3 and 2 can use it as well.

It should bring up the list of all your sims. Then, you can click edit on the right side of the sim you're wanting to edit. (Also I'm doing this from memory so the steps may be off but I hope this helps!!)
