Loose questions on why I would want to work at LifeStance. I was not informed that I didn’t get the position although they confirmed I would hear from them regardless. I reached out for feedback but never heard back.LifeStance grew extremely fast and has a lot of growing pains, but new leadership has clearly made a lot of investment in changing the direction to slower, more sustainable, and thoughtful growth. It's been a very fun transition it experience and working at LifeStance has continued to become more rewarding as a result.
