The priority date (2/2013 India) became current in EB2 earlier this year and I then interfiled/TUB (485J) to EB2 based on approved I-140. I am an EB-5 Regional Center applicant. I submitted my I-485 in April 2021, received a request for evidence to submit my Form I-693 in May 2022, and responded end of June 2022.
