Muzzle brakes don't actually work on a shotgun due to the physics of shotguns...due to the pressure drop from gas expansion in such a wide bore barrel venting what pressure is left (hundreds of psi only at the muzzle) is relatively ineffective. But a brake does add weight to the firearm.I didn't like it enough to take it downrange and shoot it. Neat looking, though, and would make a great sci-fi prop gun. The cost difference of the KS7 and KSG might make the KS7 more interesting.
