I initially did just a battery 12VDC Cable disconnect and it did NOT fix the problem. Disconnecting BOTH the Ground and 12VDC cables and jumpering them for 30+ seconds caused a system reset.

There is an RES unit in the front of the vehicle that they fixed, but that didn't fix the problem. So today they actually replaced the DVD player, that didn't fix the problem either, so now they are having to replace the actual screen. We are barely passed our three-year warranty, but under 36k, but they are going to pay for it.

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum. We have a 2018 Odyssey Elite, picked up in June 2017. We are having a couple of issues with our Blu ray player that I cannot seem to figure out. 1. When we insert a disc, the Nav screen says that it is "Loading..." and never changes.We usually lock the doors using the lock/unlock switches on the doors (and the drivers side door button).
