Found a couple of things, first I have 2 MBs with keyless go if both keys are in the same pocket its more apt to happen, second its not the key battery, when that is low a message low key battery will appear on the MFD.I had mine replaced by a MB indy shop for $1900 (with 3 hours knocked off). It would have been impossible at home in my garage, but would have been $100/hr more at the dealer. But as a MB, the motor mounts do not last forever. But keeping them in good condition ensures your car drives like a Mercedes-Benz. 3.Pull over and turn the car off. Remove the key. Do not press the gas pedal or any other buttons on the car. Wait 20 seconds. Start the car and drive to see if it is out of limp mode.
