I Just found my first basic tools after a 9 hr session, i got it from a green box stash in Cordan as a reward for a quest. If you dont have any luck you could always cheat one in in debug mode.

It should appear for sale the next time his inventory restocks. It's also possible to craft your own exoskeleton repair kit, if you've managed to find the guide that teaches you the recipe for it.Gamma is just the anomaly experience but with mods. I recommend playing True Stalker, because it is more similar to the original 3 games, but everything is over haul.
