Another Security 9 went for repairs before ever being fired. It had problems with the slide stop. If the slide was racked with an empty magazine, the magazine then dropped out, the slide would be stuck and would not move forward until between 3 and 14 tries were made. Ruger replaced the slide stop assembly.
