This is the not the original agreement of Fidelity and turbotax. I retried multiple time with Fidelity's link and finally got $0 payment for CA tax. Somehow, it was solved. The best I could do from within Fidelity's site was to search for "TurboTax" . . . which pulled up a link that ultimately led to a 20% discount.
