Farmer stated he had installed belts from JD & auto parts store with same results. 530's were built in the early 80's,535's were the next model. Both make 5X6 bales. Both have hyd tension on belts but 535 has 2 tension cylinders plus gate cylinders for tension while 530 uses 2 large springs plus gate cylinders for tension. 530 has one twine arm while 535 has dual twine arms and holds twice as much twine. If hyd tension is in good condition a 535 when operated correctly will make a tight bale of hay. I think the later net wrap attachments are better but the older net wrap attachment is alright.
